She will, I believe it. All the LIP$HA material is obviously already finished, and can be released (eventually / hopefully this year). We also saw she already started recording for the new album too, in MCBL. I'm pretty confident we'll be hearing new Ke$ha this year.
the "2014 Year of Truth and Freedom" probably relates to this being the year she really breaks out too, and releases what she wants
