Is it an egg move? I dont see it being learnt leveling up on Serebii.
If it indeed learns it it'd be flawless.

Only Gengar is OP the others might not even see competitive use ove their normal form (for example Gyarados, Alakazam)

Mega Lucario is just a better version of itself, Mega Charizard Y is definitely better too, especially with Drought. Not sure about Mega Charizard X, I haven't got that one yet. Blaziken will have its place too.
Gardevoir possibly, but maybe not just because you can have only 1 mega evolution and it'd be a waste to use it on Gardevoir when there's better options.

I don't think it's only Gengar that's really overpowered.

I just started playing X this morning and I haven't played any of the games since Blue. I feel so overwhelmed I don't know which of these new Pokemon are good! I got a Pidgey and this bunny thing so far and already I don't know what to do

Altho my Lvl 100 Pidgeot from Blue was amazing so I think I'll keep my Pidgey around. Watch me only use the Gen 1 Pokemon since I don't know anything about the new ones

Pidgeot is terrible actually.

But that doesn't matter for in-game play anyways.

It learns Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere AND Dragon Pulse as egg moves from Clauncher.
