Well, It's that or Ke$ha lied, and The Rolling Stones Magazine lied about the interview (which I highly doubt) and MTV filled in the number with a 17 for no reason.
I've come to a dead end. There is a high chance it could be a bonus or a hidden track.. There is also a very high chance it could've been scrapped. Does anybody else have some information that I missed to tell me if YCMH will be a bonus/hidden track?
