No, it couldn't. SOTS has no business being on "BEYONCÉ." It simply does not fit the album and I totally get why she didn't include it. Still a great song though... Maybe she'll use it for something else.

My thing is, no it doesn't fit the rest of the album but neither does Grown Woman and yet that got a video that was released as bonus material on the album, so why couldn't she do the same for SOTS?
