Honestly, that's not necessarily true.
The GP pre-order albums as well after hearing several good songs on it, hence why ARTPOP jumped to the top 10 after the iTunes fest. and..

true but Katy has had not one or two but 3 songs to contribute to the sales of her pre order which is why it's so high in the first place. Otherwise it would have fallen to the 30s maybe even lower.

There's no way an album at #114 is doing 15k in a week, that's practically enough to make the top 10 some weeks on the Billboard 200. Unless he has another version on iTunes that's up way higher, or he's selling many more physical copies.
