Flamebait - if the poster in question has a history of anti-Katy comments, or is posting the same variation of the reported comment over and over again, then it would be trolling.
Insensitive is used for either words that should never be uttered (say, a word that starts with r and ends with d) or something that is (maybe unintentionally offensive. (say, calling a transwoman "he" or "him" instead of "she" or "her." Calling a transwoman "it," however, would be

To answer your question, Egle - let's say a poster answers a part of a post that proclaims Azealia Banks 'the queen of rap' with a gif of New York laughing. Let's say that said poster, less than two minutes later, posts a thread asking if "Azealia is the worst lyricist in music."
One can rightly assume that said poster didn't get the reaction he/she wanted with his original gif post, and decided to
troll the artist he wanted to see dragged?
