Here is some great news from HeyBritney.com except the one thing that I'm sad about it is that apparently now shes closing the show (according to this), I wanted her to open:
This information is via Ruben Dario, one of her new Britney dancers to the VMAs performance. This words are directly from Ruben exclusivly to HeyBritney.com: "On August 13th, a very close person to Britney Spears, Angie Wright, called me when she saw my profile and curriculum at The Youth Performing Arts School in Louisville. For me it was a great surprise, I've always been a Britney fan... Angie told me that they were looking for latin dancers (I'm from Puerto Rico), I'm 1.70 meters ... and asked me to do a casting in New York 3 days later. I went to the place and afeter some tests they choice me.
Right now I'm in Las Vegas, rehearsing for the VMA performance.
We're working very hard for the 9th september performance, where Britney Spears will close the show with a Medley of her new single, Gimme More, and a beautiful ballad called Cry. The performance will be amazing.
Britney Spears is right now working on selecting the wardrobe for the performance. Maybe, it will be one of her most complicated performance ever., she pretends to sing live the first estrophe and estribillo of Cry while she dances in a game of mirror that makes her appear and disapper (thats where Criss Angel is good). Around her some dancers in black outfits will make hard coreography and moves in the air that will end in the entrance of Gimme More. Just in the bridge part of the song I came in next to Britney we dance somethin like a Reggaeton instrumental.
The mirror will play a big part of the show the will represent a cold enviroment and so elegant one, with blue and white colours, that will be on Cry, untill Gimme More, with fire and hot colors... More info soon..

Britney Spears has hired Madonna's former choreographer R.J. Durell to make sure her much-hyped MTV Video Music Awards performance is a real showstopper.
The Toxic singer is rumoured to be opening the VMAs on September 9, and now online reports suggest she's taking her performance very seriously.
A source close to Durell tells website 24Sizzler.com, "He is co-choreographing her performance for the VMAs with Nick Flores, who worked with her as a dancer before."
The insider reveals Spears and Durell have been working together for "a couple of weeks".

BRITNEY SPEARS’ private life may be in total chaos — but after hearing a leaked copy of her new ballad, I reckon her problems are having a great effect on her songwriting.
The fallen pop princess has been back in the studio making a determined effort to record new material for the first time in more than two years.
And I am delighted to report that her new song, called Baby Boy, is without question her most mature material to date.
Britney really bares her soul in the track, telling how her “baby boy” deserted her — a clear reference to ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE.
The song has a haunting music-box chime in the background, with a flavour of George Gershwin’s jazz classic Summertime.
It’s clearly only in the demo stages, but I think the ballad’s simplicity is an improvement on her heavily produced back catalogue.
I’d even go as far as to say I like it. Britney sings:
“Everyday I'm in a daze, looking for that someone
“And everyday, I sit and kneel and pray
"Oh, sweet love, can I get some?
“So why do you desert me, baby boy?
“I need your love right now!"
There is then a break in the song and Britney is heard on the phone. She is apparently checking up on someone as she asks:
“Hey baby, what time you gonna get home?”
The painfully honest ballad ends with the lines:
“So why did you desert me, baby boy?
“I thought that you, you were the one.
“So if you preferred the other one,
In happier times ... K Fed and Britney
“She won’t bring you the sun.”
Britney is currently facing a custody battle with Kevin for their young sons SEAN PRESTON and JAYDEN JAMES.
I think concentrating on her pop career is the perfect way for her to get her life back on track before she has to face a courtroom — and a barrage of criticism from Kevin’s lawyers.
The signs so far are promising.
Britney was snapped leaving a recording studio in Hollywood, LA, on Monday clutching a CD.
I have to say, it makes a welcome change from a gin and tonic or Cosmopolitan . .
And in further news, details have emerged about Brit's official comeback single.
Track Gimme More is being rush-released and is expected to hit the airwaves next week.
The up-tempo dancefloor track was produced by TIMBALAND right hand man NATE DANJAHANDZ HILLS and will feature on the star's forthcoming album, which is expected by the end of the year.
Spears shot the video to the track last month in which she sports fishnet stockings and does a spot of pole-dancing.
