I haven't worked out since September
I gained a lot of weight this past months and got really lazy
My biggest problem is that I have nice chest, ass and my legs are really thick and muscular even tho I've been doing nothing this past months
like I feel like everything I eat is going in my legs,ass,belly.....
but my hands are sooo thin I hate it!!! and especially my wrist (but I know I can't do nothing about this it's just the bone structure..
Any advice tho? I guess I should focus on them the most... and I hope the protein and creatine will help too....
