According to that, the mods would be at least contacted tomorrow, but considering the lack of the need for another round, I estimated most likely tonight it'd be finalized and then revealed tomorrow.

No! Perhaps, we'll have an announcement at the mid-way through next week. We still have a process to follow. It just depends on how fast all mods submit their Top 3, the final weigh in from administrators, the formal offer to the finalists, the acceptance of the offer, and then the announcement.
