I like b-sides but I do prefer it when they are added to certain editions of the album instead of being scattered across the singles. She should do that again.
Yeah, I could live without songs like HCTW and TL at the very least.
At least we got something! We can't really whine about not getting enough, TTAL had 20 songs. Half of them being awful is another story.
True. With some of my other faves, I'll wait 3+ years then only get, like, 9 or 10 songs. So I'm not complaining. Most of the album (including the bonus tracks) was at least average or above anyway.
I actually feel like The Truth About Love is a pretty decent album as a whole.
If I had to rank it:
1. Just Give Me a Reason
2. **** Like You
3. The Great Escape
4. The Truth About Love
5. Timebomb
6. Where Did the Beat Go?
7. Are We All We Are
8. Chaos & Piss
9. Run
10. Try
11. My Signature Move
12. Blow Me (One Last Kiss)
13. Beam Me Up
14. The King Is Dead But the Queen Is Alive
15. Is This Thing On?
16. Walk of Shame
17. How Come You're Not Here
18. True Love (feat. Lily Allen)
19. Good Old Days
20. Here Comes the Weekend (feat. Eminem)
"Just Give Me a Reason" was always my fave from the moment I walked into Target, bought the album, went home and pushed play.
IMO: I'm Not Dead ≥ M!ssundaztood >>>> Funhouse >> The Truth About Love >>>> Try This >>>>>>>>>> Can't Take Me Home
Try This is great but some of the songs are just eh, and as for Can't Take Me Home, it was a fantastic record at the time but now a lot of it is dated.
