As the Countess says, Liz is a woman, so "Not Gay" is basically being a straight female and likes men normally.
So Liz Taylor often implied that s/he's not gay during this episode. Does anyone else have hopes for a romance between Liz & Iris? Also when Liz talked to Donovan in 'Mommy' at the bar it felt like a father would give advice to his son.

Because it was a season promo that included scenes from the first half of the season. At the moment of Hotel's premiere only 6 episodes had been shot
So excited.
