I'm sorry but Sixth Sense keeps the same instruments throughout the WHOLE song, so I don't really know wtf are you guys talking about.

I know what I'm talking about, "Sixth Sense" is like a retro Disco anthem mashed in with a symphony orchestra, Big Band and woozy Jazz, Gospel, and elements of Hip-Hop.
Especially the bridge, it's rich with different genres mashed all together, but unlike the other basic song you've been praising for the past few hours, the different sounds aren't chopped into different parts. Hey look at me I'm rapping *insert guitar riffs here* sings something about "Rock N Role" *predictable dubstep breakdown*...etc.
That's where you seem to be confused.

I agree that Sixth Sense is some kind of anthem but it has nothing to do if Bounce it's good or not
I mean, the mix of genres ISN'T predictable, even random.
Decrease the importance of a song will not elevate the importance of another one

But it's quite basic. I'm not trying to tear it to shreds. I already said that I like it.

Actually, the point of saying Bounce is a genre HOPPING song means that genres actually switch within the song, which is not the case in Sixth Sense. Sixth Sense is a mashup of different influences, but is one solid block and you can't hear any breaks or any switch in genres, at all.
I don't really hear the elements of hip hop in the song too to be honest, but I agree with the influences you pointed out. But all of these genres are quite similar in some ways.
Couldn't say the same about hip hop / dubstep / rock.
Edit : Also, I don't think they really wanted it to have that many influences, I think it's reaching to say that it's a mashup of all of these things. The main genre of the song is symphonic pop, we can always find that much influences in a lot of songs too but we don't point them all out, because it's the point of pop music.

Isn't an "anthem" like Sixth Sense but it's far from being basic, at least for me

The song does switch genres between the pre-chorus, chorus, and bridge, but not in a traditional way. The hip-hop elements can be heard in the beat underneath all the background music, and Miryo's part.
& the "rock" in "Bounce" is beyond basic that I'm not even sure if I'd call it rock.
Actually the whole thing is too basic for us to be reviewing it the way we are doing right now, but we can always agree to disagree. I suppose.

There's not switch in genres between those 3 parts at all, but it's ok.
We'll agree to disagree, I guess.

also the only thing messier than the transitions between production styles in the JJ song is the one dude's American flag harem...shorts. but I'm buying fakes of his Jeremy Scott wings shoes on my 2nd paycheck so that's cool
