Like y'all have been saying, the label is actually supporting Carrie now, and, ofcourse, with the ML cheating scandals, I'm not sure if she'll ever win a country award ever again 
I'm because that's a sad truth about sexism in the genre. Carrie definitely deserves it over Miranda, as she has for several years.

I remain optimistic but at the same time I expect the same each year, but again this year it'll be interesting

Eh. BA is definitely amazing, but more so for its career highlights.
Examples: BA, GIG, TBC, DYTAM, WAW, SYA.
But, it's lows are pretty LOW. Examples:
LLA, CGAS, TGFH, OWT, FC, NETY, WAY
GG is somewhere in between. It's not great, but it's good. A RR teas
She chose the right singles, except for having a fifth. Jesus Christ, why tf didn't she have a fifth single!! I'll never understand this. DYTAM, and WAW was ROBBED

I really loved LLA, i thought it was a good catch country tune. I thought OWT and CGAS were cute, the rest i do agree. But still overall as whole, the album was amazing!
