160-170 is pretty high actually. You might want to dial it down a bit. Unless you're secretly a professional runner.
Of course, you can do these workouts by yourself. Just be sure to do a light weight you are capable of for each workout at the beginning so you get a rhythm going and pick out a weight that you feel is heavy, but not so heavy that you can only lift it a few times before giving out.

Hmm I see. I have been using machines so far.. It makes sense that I can do it alone with lighter weights that I am still possible of doing...
I am no secret runner. I actually hate running.. I tired doing intense running thingy I read about monday where it said 30 seconds of intense running then a minute break and do that for 8-10 times and I died.. I almost passed out
The curls make me feel like my muscles might move out of place.. I can do it and its not heavy.. it just feels odd behind my knees and makes me paranoin
I want to use that tho Cause I know it does great things to your ass
