I only believe Hilary because I trust her. She's never really lied to her fans before. And she certainly didn't have to address the issue as she hasn't addressed many "scandalous" rumors before.
I'm bummed that she was bummed that people saw that tbh.

No legally it does not matter if she was under 18. You can still date. She wouldn't be in any trouble. Miley was public about dating Justin Gaston and he was legal and she wasn't. That's just one of a few examples... Jamie Lynn Spears and her baby daddy. She was open about it before they found out she was pregnant. THEN they were in trouble because it proved they were having sex. Unless you can prove they were having sex, it's fine.
And she didn't straight up deny it for over a year, she just lied by omission. By avoiding it and clearly behaving and saying things to make people think it wasn't true. It's still dishonest. It shows she's capable of being dishonest again.
Not saying I give a ****. She can do whatever she wants and lie about whatever she wants. Everyone has their reasons. I'm just saying its happened before. Could happen again.

And you're right, she really could again. I don't count not saying things as lying tbh, but I understand why you would.
However, I'm just not seeing the reasoning for believing that she's lying right now. Or the reason why anyone would want her to be lying. I mean - who does she have to answer to besides her husband? Why should she address rumors just because they're out there? And lying about something as popular as smoking? She really did appear bummed out to me, but whatevs. It's no big deal.
Anyway, I'm gonna need some candids from December 2010 to corroborate this woman's story about the accident.

I was hoping for Hilary to say something about her music. 
Anyway, regarding that Happy demo, would be nice if someone did like a mash-up of Happy and Play With Fire just to have an idea on how Happy was originally. I'll be honest, the demo version sounds a lot better.

I love the verses to death but once the chorus hits, it's such a turn off. For me, it doesn't mix that well. Everything else is perfect tho.
