This is so ironic. She's concerned about a fellow-black-girl in that beauty contest in the video who's basically painted herself white and coloured her hair blonde. Beyoncé has coloured her hair blonde, straightened it, and even coloured her eyebrows blonde in the past. She's concerned about young girls only attaching their self-esteem to their bodies and who don't give importance to "what's in their/your head". But she sells sex appeal based on her body in every video wearing very little clothing. In fact Partition was soft ****. So this is horribly ironic.
