Yes. Their contract with the label was specifically for 3 albums over 3 years.
Even without that contract they were almost certainty going to go on an album a year schedule anyways. They have a month and a half break from touring in August and September which is very obviously for recording the new album.
As long as it is moving in the right direction I am going to remain content.
I am not horribly invested in KIss You since I am not a big fan of the song (though I do want it to do well). Still, I am hoping that it can hold on for a month of two. Would be nice if their next single could coincide somewhat with the US leg of their tour starting in June. Though maybe they could rush out another single soon then have a 5th single....

One of their best ballads live. Liam sounds so great and Niall doing the guitar part nearly entirely on his own. Even Harry delivered I ended nearly in tears.
I was hoping for TDKAU.....but if its not on their set list then that is highly unlikely.
Maybe Rock Me? I see that as more of a summer song though. I wouldn't be mad about Summer Love either (Its a different tempo than their other singles so far this era), but thats obviously a summer song as well.

I have concerns about Rock Me. I just don't see it lighting up the radio IF Kiss You flops since they have a very similar appeal and approach. TDKAU or Summer Love on the other hand at least have a different tempo which means that they are at least TRYING to get a hit.

Yeah, I have yet to meet many 1D fans who dislike the song.
