The show had such potential to be a true witty and intelligent commentary on society. I don't even know why people are even looking forward to it, the man has been showing his ass since the boondocks season 3. And it's clear he isn't here for us blacks at all.

I actually liked season 3 a LOT. It was S4 that was trash, but he didn't even write that.

Well, there were both violent and non-violent protesting back then. I don't think we can say one or the other was more effective.

We are not all one. We are not the same. Never were. Never will be. I don't want people to erase my differences or pretend they're not there; my differences are beautiful. I want people to accept my differences.

Black people are Black and will never be the same as White people and visa versa - and that's OKAY if we can learn to accept each other and recognize each other as beautiful and equal. But ain't no way in hell I'm gonna stop identifying as Black.
