I don't think it's a matter of learning from the BTW era. This is just the music she loves most and wants to make.

The Fame was her being someone she's not to become famous.

TFM was still that person, but with traces of the real Gaga.

BTW and ARTPOP are the real Gaga.

Album 5 she will do whatever it takes to become famous again.
