^(rigalo) run more than 3 miles a day. Do something more than treadmill too, you won't lose weight only through that. Don't workout every single day, it's not good for your body, at least not the same moves everyday. If you have no machine, you can do circuit training. They make you lose a lot of calories in 20-30 minutes because your body doesn't rest. I suggest '30 Day Shred,' three levels and each 20 minutes. Usually it's a DVD but there are videos on YouTube.
I promised myself I'd start working out today again but it's 9 AM and I already feel lazy.
