What's the point of being the last standing woman if she cannot win, it's all about winning.
Judges can't even say negative stuffs about Scotty, always shower him with praises and encouragements while Haley keeps getting negative comments like that performance of You & I. She's inconsistent. That's a sign that she can't go far. In the contrary, Scotty already got country buyers eager to buy his music, the multiplatinum status is stamped onto her face it's so visible I can see it already.
Haley is not even pretty.

you don't have to win to have a successful music career in the future, even those who did not win can have more success than the winner.
and just because a contestant gets praises a lot of time doesn't mean he will win....David Archuleta was never in the bottom 3 and got praised a lot and he still lost

Gurl, everybody knows the winner will get the most attention and proper management from the label. Why would someone enter a competition and would settle down being a runner up? That's ridiculous.
While Archuleta got praised a lot, Cook was praised just as much, if not more, from the judges. Cook was shaky in the beginning but towards the end, he was taking ova.
Archuleta aimed at POP while Scotty aiming at Country. Country buyers are more devoted and we can see the votes for Scotty keep pouring in.
Therefore, Scotty will win.

LOL, what are you talking about? It's known fact that the winner will do better than runner ups. I won't deny that he's doing fairly well but that's just 1 of 9 runner ups from Season 1 - Season 9. On the other hand, for the rest, the winner takes the cake. It's that simple.

1. I can't even remember who won last season so I don't think the label gives "proper management" anymore, unlike the earlier seasons  and didn't Stefano said he didn't want to win the competition anyway 
2. Just like now, Scotty gets praised a lot, but Haley and James are taking ova
3. Just because he's country doesn't mean he'll automatically win. The last successful country artist from AI was Carrie and several people tried to go the country route and did not win. And you know Lauren is trying to be a country type of singer as well, so the votes from the country fans might be split.
4. I didn't say Scotty won't win. In fact, I do think Scotty will win. Just not sure about being successful in the long run

Scotty is very ordinary and sounds like Terminator the cyborg. He has no incredible performance yet. A winner like that is unacceptable.
But hey Lee did win, so anything is possible

LMAO have you even watched the show? every winner except carrie and kelly have failed miserably. whereas others like Daughtry, jennifer hudson, clay aiken, adam lambert etc. have ongoing careers!

1. That's true but that doesn't take away the fact that the winner will still be getting better management than a runner even at a very low standard. It doesn't need a phD to understand that.
2. What kinda taking ova are you blabbering about? Haley was criticized for her performance last week. James is good but he's not the center of the discussion here and let's face it, he's just a carbon copy of Lambert.
3. Yes, it doesn't make him automatically the winner but it gives him the best chance statistically to snatch the prize judging from the loyalty and devotion of Country listeners to their fave. After all, Scotty is the only one doing only Country among the contestants, the attention will be directed at him. Don't gimme that Lauren thing, that girl can't even decide which genre to root for.
4. That's irrelevant to our discussion here. However, it's a known fact that Country Idol winner would do better. Just look at Carrie Underwood.
