In addition to that, I want you to incorporate cardio twice a week on the days you aren't working out. It can be biking, running, etc, whatever you want or prefer. I want you to do at least an hour each session, if not an hour and half. During your cardio, I want you to maintain a target heart range to ensure you're getting the most out of each session. I want you to stick with this for at least 3 weeks and see where you're at and how you're feeling. I think that will be enough time to see if this is working for you and where we might need to tweak things.

Ok.. I have been training for like a month already but I haven't used some of these..
For the leg curls, it scares me a lot because it feels like something is gonna snap everytime I use it. Is it because I am doing something wrong?
Also, can I do cardio on the same day that I muscle exercise? Or is it absolutely essential to work out on different days then cardio?
Also, I usually do go around the 160-170 when I check my heartrate when using the eliptical. Is that too high?
The food thing will be easily done.. Starving is not fun
Lastly, can I do all these exercises without someone.. The main reason I don't use the freeweight is because I feel like I will look stupid and might not know what I am doing thus hurt my self. idk..
