Beck would be f***in' awesome but not with Cursetin. His productions are getting so boring and one-sided. Beck is actually the type of indie/alternative rock artist which I've imagined for her and seeing his name makes me excited - but Greg...ehm...most of the times he's a miss so I'm not sure if I should feel that way.

I think that we should not overreact and make predictions. Let's wait and see. Many times before we had these situations where new registered track didn't make the cut. Or if they do, we still don't know how they will sound and if we'll like it. If she does work with him again, I hope that they'll actually deliver something better. And it's only three tracks. I'm now more and more certain that her trip to EU is something music related.

i think it's better to expect disappointment lol

first time i heard that she was working with greg, i was like: "yeah, that could end up being great! i liked his tracks with peaches and centerfold"... but then TTAL happened and it seemed like they are no good musical match. try's original-to-cover transformation alone was testament to that for me. and then he did great with lana del rey's money power glory again.

so yeah, we should wait and see. i am not particularly excited about this as i am fearing another lackluster, uninspired, un-pink-like fiasco à la TTAL, but as you said: let's wait and see.

about the EU trip: i hope it's to meet eg white. i want HIM to produce most of a pink album in the future.

True, I just don't want to be disappointed again. I'm sure RCA won't let her go off the road after Rose Ave. so I expect some major producers, but there are so many more besides Greg.

Highly unlikely. But we'll see, she needs to announce something already.

If she still releases this year most of the other pop girls aren't doing much.

Madonna and Kelly already released.
Rih has yet to put her album out, but as it seems she is halfway done as her songs are not so well received.
I doubt Bey is releasing anything at this point but with TIDAL you'll never know.
Britney has just released her first single so she won't be that dangerous either.
Katy will probably not release this year (I hope).
Taylor will probably release 1 or 2 more singles so her era will be done for sure.
Miley could possibly release something new but that's also questionable.

Gaga may be coming back this year and might be some sort of competition.
Then we have Adele who is long overdue for the album release.
And the usual flops Christina & Avril who will possibly do anything at this point to get some huge hits (but hopefully will fail at it).

Her only competition success wise are Taylor and Adele.

Others stopped being serious competitors a long time ago.

I wonder if she'll do a follow up duet to JGMAR with Nate? Sorta like Eminem and Rih have done.

And I'm not thrilled about Kurstin, but at this point, it's been so long that I'm open to any new music from her.

Also, I think she'll do the same as she's done in the past, have her radio singles plus her acoustic songs. So my expectations of her trying something new are very low.

Just wish she'd try a couple of new producers and co-writers. But she loves to work with the same people over and over again.

Billy Mann and her have created some deep, personal songs so he can stay.

Max & Shellback have helped her a lot in the hits department so they can stay too.

Everyone else SHOULD be new.

If these new songs are an indication Kurstin is back then those songs should NOT be singles unless they're really great.

Only Adele or some random soundtrack could block her. But the longevity would be hers so I don't care about her chart positions.

Today I watched some Summer Carnival videos and I really miss seeing her. I'm already saving my money to be able to attend to the very first night of the tour. Just imagine seeing the whole thing for the first time live.
