The Germans changed their strategy, went for counter-attacking instead and failed miserably. A bad move they had already tried against England, covered up by the latter's disappointing performance. Plus, they were denied a penalty. Meanwhile, the Spaniards have had the referees on their side since the World Cup began. Overrated team that lived up to expectations until now.
