I read it on the PLL IMDB page under one of those spoiler threads and they were all the recent ones coming true but I think a few of them seemed a bit far fetched, it just sounds stupid CeCe served a purpose and she's gone now, so I have no idea why they would make her character a twin what does she have against the liars? But I wouldn't put it past the writers tbh.

Lolll' I honestly doubt CeCe is the one with a twin. It really doesn't add up to the rest of the storyline (why would Ali's mother cover for her if she killed her). Think about it, in the leaked script for the finale, there's a scene where Mrs. D tells Alison not to go out after having a stressed phone call; what if she just found out that her twin was released from Radley?

It'd explain why the identity of the fragile patient who killed Toby's mom is kept under covers, and who she was talking to while burying Alison.

nnnn' though I hope these leaked scripts aren't real and they go with the twin theory of Alison being Uber A bc the books where they went with that was wicked phenomenal~
