wait I didn't see the magikarp at first. Misty has 3 of those (Starmie, Horsea, Gyarados) in the anime and even has Lanturn in HGSS

Whichever had Kanto (and hopefully Johto too). Unless this is Gen 7 and they do add a new region, I don't see just one getting Kalos though. If it's Gen 6 maybe Kalos and Hoenn in both and Kanto / Johto in one, and Sinnoh / Trash in the other.
