I think American sales were slightly down on last week so must be additional sales from other countries. An album still selling consistantly 60 - 70K per week after nearly two years is phenomenal in this day and age......

I could imagine no album ever reached that sales after 90 weeks (though not sure about Thriller and Shania Twain) in the initial chart run.
This means it has caught up with the sales of Oasis' (What's The Story) Morning Glory as of March 2012.
The only question is how many trickle sales Oasis have had since then, and how much 21 will sell in the Xmas rush period - but it must be very, very close to outselling Morning Glory.
