Weed is so easy to access, so they're not hurting anyone but themselves by not taxing it.
Prohibition causes more harm than good. I mean if their goal was to limit the availability of it then they've failed miserably. It is such a huge business though I mean the government knows this and they benefit from it in so many ways. It's kinda disgusting.
This is why FAME almost always wins vs the Navy.
