At the latest, the song should bow by the following week, and that's all before Capitol has begun any formal promotion of the song to radio.
uhm debuting on the radio chart and actually being sent to radio are two different things. a song can debut without being sent yet..
Well It hasn't been sent to radio yet and Ive seen various radio enthusiast/experts here praise its high AI(audience impact iirc) despite low spins(no. of times played) and its quick rise on radio despite it not yet having Add Dates.

Sis. a song can debut at the chart w/o being sent to radio. that being said the fact that its debuting already shows a promising start to its prominence on radio.

GUY is higher, but it's been hovering in the 40s for a while now. Birthday has been steadily on the rise for the past two weeks. Even more impressive for Birthday, Dark Horse is still locked in the top 5 on pop, so the fact that radio is still willing to saturate airwaves with more Katy while currently having a smash hit is a good thing.
