Yes, she was. And if I remember correctly, the song got dropped when Melt My Heart to Stone was added to the tracklist.

That's actually pretty interesting. I never knew that. "Melt My Heart to Stone" is WAY better than "Painting Pictures", but I like "Painting Pictures" as a bonus track. I think it adds some nice diversity to the album.
