ROUND 7 - The Judges' Comments
Welcome, contestants, to the seventh results show of the competition! It's the semi-finals! Below are the comments and scores (out of ten) from each judge! Take a look!

Nnmmo – Nicki Minaj – 8.5/10
First of all, I want to thank you for taking part in the comeback challenge. I think that your journey in this competition has been amazing to watch. You went from doubting yourself to having more confidence, and your entries became more impressive each round. This entry is no different -- I really love the transformation you showed me in the PMs, and I think it is a pretty well done manipulation. There are definitely a few issues within the details; for example, it is obvious that you erased Aang from the original picture. It's a very intriguing piece, however, and you should be very proud of yourself for your vision.
dwuw – Taylor Swift – 10/10
This is, without a doubt, your strongest entry of the season. For the person with the lowest cumulative score, you knew that you had to bring it, and you did. I adore the color scheme, and I love the composition of this piece. The brushes were done so well, and it fits the fantasy theme of the challenge so well. Great job!
Kleine – Lana Del Rey – 8/10
I have mixed feelings about this entry... I don't know if I like it or not. It takes on a simpler approach, which sometimes works... However, I was definitely hoping for more complex and interesting designs this round. This is for the finale, and I wanted to see you guys go above and beyond! The technique is solid, and I think a stand alone series like this would be a pretty cool thing.
Devil – Rihanna – 10/10
Flawless. Possibly the best entry of the season.
Era – Katy Perry – 9/10
I think your entry definitely took on the fantasy, movie poster theme well! I actually hate this picture of Katy, but you made it work in your theme. I love the background details, such as the castle and dragon. However, when looking at your entry again, I feel like there is still something missing. I don't know exactly what that is. Also, some of the flames are not cut that well. I know you had limited time, so overall the design is impressive!
Mica – Sky Ferriera – 9.5/10
I love this approach to the challenge! You made Sky into a legit "earth bender" of sorts, and the effect is so cool. It definitely took you a lot of time to create this GIF and all of its moving parts, and for that I commend you. My main criticism is that the cutting is noticeable choppy at times, but overall, that is a minute detail. Great work!
Royal Culture
Nnmmo | 7/10 ... I commend you for taking a risk, trying to get into the finale, and drawing this yourself. The execution of her body and skin are superb. However, her face looks a little off. Also, the air looks very amateurish and the Avatar logo feels tacky like it was an afterthought to fill in empty space. Overall, I'm impressed by your idea and talent, but the final product is a little hit or miss.
dwuw | 6/10 ... I like the high concept art, but it looks a little simplistic. I can see only 3 major layers used here and the bits of smoke over the clouds are not blended well. I like the idea, it's certainly the most ambitious, but what I'm seeing looks kind of sloppy and, unfortunately, lazy.
Kleine | 2/10 ... I had never seen this photo of Lana before and I assumed that you did some work on the photo that wasn't obvious. However, after doing some research, I found that all you did was slightly alter the color (if that) and sloppily copy and paste a bit of water onto her head. I know this sounds harsh, and I apologize, but this is for the finale. This is supposed to be your best work yet. Granted, I don't regularly judge here, so this could be your best work. I'm sorry, it's just really not impressing me.
Devil | 7/10 ... GIF!! I love that you thought outside of the box on this project and you are the only who used minimal effects and got maximum results. Is it simple? Yes. Is it a little too smokey instead of fiery? Yes. However, it is a visual delight and you get major kudos for taking a risk with the moving picture.
Era | 8/10 ... Love this! This is definitely the best execution out of anyone from this round. Her face is a little too light compared to her body but other than that I don't see many flaws. It definitely looks like you were inspired by the Mockingjay posters quite a bit, which is why I think you could have done with a little more originality, but it's overall fabulous.
Mica | 7/10 ... Again, GIF!! I love that you went for the modern and cool format with this entry but it still fell a little flat for me. Your cutting is quite good (other than under her sock) but other than that, I can't see what you've actually done to Sky. I love that her power is being shown off in the gif and, while I wish you'd changed her appearance more, I'm impressed by your creativity.

NNmmo - 7.5/10
Great concept and unique portrayal. However it's kinda bland when compared to other entries & is missing that up up and beyond factor.
DWUW - 9/10
Great editing. Looks like something from a perfume photoshoot. Very professional.
Kleine - 7/10
Cool effect of making her hair look like water. But it's boring and if you're gonna do something do it well. The editing was not perfect.
Devil - 10/10
You gave me everything i needed and more. You're the only person in this challenge who went up up and beyond expectations. Major props.
Era - 7/10
I like the pic of katy you used but overall it's very tacky. It was a pretty juvenile attempt, but i liked the concept.
Mica - 8.5/10
I would of liked this more if you didn't have her moving tbh (i didn't take any points off for it though). It would of made much more of simplistic statement. The edit on it's own is very beautiful Simple, but pretty.

Katy: I like how you were able to capture the fire vibes. But I can see some badly done fire pics, see the one that is around her chest, see the top a little bit. You gotta erase that. I don't know why but her arm seems so weird. But from the first impression, I liked it. 8.5/10
Rihanna: Bye, homo. I am so absolutely disgusted the fact that it capture all the elements. **** this! Absolutely your best work. 10/10
Llama: Um, i can see bad editing around her hair. But i like the how it looks so different. 8/10
Taylor: Woah! I really loved it. I just.. wow. I just wished that you did make the gif version. 10/10
Sky: Ha! SAY! Ha! I mean, I love it. So no comment. 9.5/10
Nicki: If i say bad about it, you will say that i am dragging you or that i am being biased.  So I am just gonna score it. 5/10

The sum of the four judges' scores (highest = 40) is the major part of your overall score. Then, each off vote from the public was counted as -0.5. Each save vote from the public was counted as +0.5. These half points were added or subtracted from your judges' score.
The winner of this round, thus becoming our first finalist is........

Era, Mica, and Kleine...
I have one more spot in the final three....
I can now reveal that, on this seventh, semi-final week of competition, the person with the lowest cumulative score between you three, and therefore leaving right now, in fifth place, is:
Kleine with a cumulative score of 241.5.
Kleine, I am so sorry to see you go home! You had some of the strongest entries throughout this competition, but unfortunately, some rounds were a little weaker. This inconsistency with your scores ultimately led to a lower cumulative score than Era or Mica, resulting in this elimination. I think that you are an AWESOME designer, and making the top five is a huge achievement, especially in a competition with so much talent. I will absolutely remember some of your designs fondly; my personal favorite that sticks out was your Bloomingdale's advertisement. Thank you so much for playing, and we will see you on the jury.
