But, uhm, she actually changed into the Living Dress on stage behind the curtain that played the Twister interlude. We don't know how she's doing it yet. The SWINEFEST changes were basically her changing her wig or taking something off to reveal a costume underneath. For all we know, she could do something cool and incorporate the changes into some type of Interlude that's playing in the background.

And the BM and HML outfits were not complex.

No shade, but common sense should tell you that Livenation wouldn't build that stage for her if they didn't think the show would be profitable. Touring is a business, and like any other business, stages are constructed and transported using the cheapest materials and methods. They know what they're doing.
