In my opinion, If So undercover isn't getting a world wide release or any promotion, it should go directly to DVDs
atleast the DVD sales will be massive... unlike a movie without any promotion

On Miley Cyrus, who is guest starring on Two and Half Men this season: "She plays kind of a motormouth character, so they gave her page-long monologues. All week she was on book with them, which is understandable. But even when we got within two hours of the show, she was still on book, and we were thinking, uh oh, Miley better bring it. Miley brought it. Miley was fantastic, on fire. Then I remembered, oh yes, she was hatched in the Disney labs in Burbank, and grown for just this sitcom situation. I know her haircut is controversial but I lay on the side of: I love it, I think she looks fantastic."

Emmy award winning Jon Cryer heaping praise upon Miley. I can't at all the celebrity support she gets, especially in the last week. He also confirmed she'll be back to film more episodes in the future.
I really hope we'll get news of her signing with a label in the next few weeks. Everything is finally moving, slowly but surely.

Miley Cyrus was on hand in Las Vegas over the weekend for iHeart Radio, as a presenter. Maybe next year she'll be back as a performer: after a two-year break from music, the singer is ready for a return.
"I'm thinking hopefully November for a single," she tells Rolling Stone. "It's just whenever we feel we've got that [song] we feel really confident in being the first single. I've got songs right now I feel like could potentially be singles, [but] it's been two years that I haven't said anything, and I want that to be the right thing we say."
She's getting some help in finding that statement from producers and writers. "I worked with Pharrell on a bunch of things, and Pop & Oak, and I've just been writing, mostly, focusing on what I want to say, rather than turning it into a label later and not knowing what my sound is going to be."
Much of the music was influenced by the time she spent in New Orleans with fiancé Liam Hemsworth. "My boyfriend was filming a movie in New Orleans, so I got into the older Motown Sound vibe, which is really fun to mix with this country pop sound. I listened to a lot of Irma Thomas and tried to get that old soul into it, too," she says. "When you're making a record you never think of what weird direction you're going to go, but that was something that popped up in a few of the sessions we've been working on, and it's been really fun."
While Cyrus is conscious of focusing the first single, she's more concerned with the overall album. "Now, being a little more independent, it's not like, 'What's going to be the single? Make sure you write the single first,'" she says. "I now am thinking about the full record rather than just that one hit. It's really about the overall quality of the record."
Earlier this year she experimented with dubstep, teaming with Borgore on his "Decisions."
The night before she made her way to Vegas, they filmed a video for the track. "That **** was crazy," Cyrus says. "He walked into his hotel room, and it was people in the weirdest clothes you've ever seen. My fiancé was dressed as a unicorn – we make out in the video, which is very funny. It's just the most random group. We walk in and we're like, 'This feels like a party,' so it's dope."

She hasn't. She talked about meeting with labels in the interview somewhere on the last page. Fingers crossed for Interscope. Anything but RCA.

If she had meeting with labels, why hasn't she signed yet? I'm afraid.
Interscope would be perfect, yes.

In the past few interviews Miley's mentioned that she likes not being restricted by a label and actually having the time to perfect this album, so I get the feeling she likes the creative options she has working on the album independently. So I imagine when she finishes the album on her own terms, then she'll sign to a label. I think it's a really smart idea.

So you think she'll find a label before the single release in November?

Well I'm not really familiar with exactly how long it would take to sign a record deal. But I hope so!

I think she actually has to sign with a label within the next few weeks so they can prepare some promotion and stuff like that if she really wants to release a single in november.

I know, right? I need the promotion to be FULL FORCE. Not here for playing around. She needs and deserves the success. I want her to keep making music forever.

She needs to perform it at the AMA's and maybe attend the EMA's to create some buzz in Europe and then she can perform it at Christmas specials and stuff like that and also promote it during new year's eve. It's like the perfect time for a single release cuz she has quite a few opportunities to promote it.

I agree with everything in this post. I really want her to go all out with the European promo too. Maybe she could even host the EMAs.

I know. Its so good. Im glad she finally left HR. They were totally NOT behind the CBT era and promoted it horribly. They were gonna treat the next era like **** to. But gladly, she gone! And touring too! Lets just hope she goes to Europe, I mean that MiFans picture. The fans in Europe were CRAZY.

So are y'all sure she's not with HWR anymore? Interscope would be the perfect choice

I think she'll definitely outsell Can't Be Tamed. I'm not worried about the international success tbh.
I'll die if she gets her 5th #1 album, 7th top 10 single and 3rd iTunes #1 single in the US though.
