When does a storyline ever get finished on the show though? They start so many different things and drop one thing after another and bring them up again in the most random ways.

After they showed his prescription pad in the last episode I won't be surprised if they try to frame him for Spencer's drug addiction.

In the book, Ali had a twin who turned out to be her killer. Aria's name starts in A. I imagine that Aria suffers from DID and her alter is an Ali wannabe and therefore killed Alison similar to how it happened in the book.
