Japanese don't use I-tunes as their main digital download store. I forget the name of it but #1 on Japanese i-tunes is like 2,000 sales It's irrelevant! I'd go by the Japanese Hot 100 more as they track digital downloads and airplay together. Oricon is very biased towards Japanese acts!
BTW we had high enough updates last week and we're having good updates this week which means the song is being played nearly twice as much as last week on radio, which MEANS that next weeks updates should be near the 200+ a day updates
