Not really. She was smart enough to show variety early on and not lay on ballad after ballad like Pia. This isn't the first four/five seasons. Those type of contestants don't win or make it very far.

I think Hollie has the potential to become a successful artist, she just needs to be aware of her body and voice. Shackling her voice and movements with techniques aren't going to cut it. She needs to let go of the pressure and just be herself. If she can improve on that. She'll be the next and probably the first Celine-Carrie-Taylor-Christina-Britney hybrid.

Me last week: What I didn't really like about Idol judges last week is how they dragged other contestants who had the star quality but still unpolished for filth while praising Joshua and Jessica as if they did something so spectacular. Idk, there's some bias going on. I don't think they were that good as the judges implied them to be but it's just bad that the voters are being swayed to vote people they have no idea about supporting them AFTER the current Idol ends. That always happens with these kind of shows. People are being used and chewed out then threw up after their purposes expired.

My predictions for bottom 3:

Phillip (I don't want him to win because he's so boring & like all the other guys that win, plus the song he sung isnt charting on itunes while most of the others are)
Hollie (I thought she was great, but the judges were mean)
Elise (I don't wanna see her go, but that was awful last night)
