Also, I'm beggining to feel that maybe the label isn't the problem with single choices. As Keri has been in the industry for over a decade, I think she has more power than we think, and so, she choses her favourties over the ones that will smash. Keri saying she isn't as concerned with sales as much this time round does not help me think otherwise. Jimmy Iovine needs to reign her in if this is the case.

But Keri is still relatively new as a solo artist, and I don't think that writing for artists would give her any MORE creative control over the creation and release of her music onto the various formats - then ADD the fact that IAPW wasn't the biggest success story of all time; neither were her singles. Lose Control will be a single & it will go well and hard enough to keep the album stocked & selling! That's ALL I'm saying for now.

I meant that her knowledge and connections would allow her to have more control. Anyway, I know what you're saying and I only slighly believe what I said, but this just sort of came to mind as a theory as to why Breaking Point, PGR and Slow Dance were released instead of GYMU ect.

The good news is that PGR is not dying and it's pretty big, so they do got some time to act BUT if they will start tumble and won't make up their mind this could be the wrong turn that will kill my dream of 5-6 singles and this album don't even half the damage IAPW did.

Yeah, the fact sales are ****** isn't helping her but we all know that with the right next single [TWYLM/BY/LC] she can get those sales faster.
