I doubt it, maybe around 2.5 would be more accurate since I know PF sold about 1.8 million in the US. Hard to believe it sold 2 million+ outside of the US, since rap albums typically aren't very big out of the US. But Nicki is really building a worldwide fanbase with Starships, so maybe Roman Reloaded can cross 3 million sold worldwide.
