I remember that at that time there was an increase of gay suicides in the USA, so many songs were actually there to empower young gay suicidal and confused youth (Born This Way, Firework, We R Who We R etc...) However, P!nk was doing those kinda of songs before all these artists had careers.
Raise Your Glass was written for fans and it celebrated ten years of her career and her underdogs.
I like FP video. It's strong video with great story and actual message. Still shed a few tears from time to time.
I'm saving it.
if you didn't know her and only read some of these tweets, you'd think she might be jabba the hutt. but it's nice what he says on his blog. 
She's truly an icon for everyone.
