I enjoy every promo during BTW ( even the google interview that last more than an hour ) , I need promo and I think shee needs it too , because already everyone outside the fanbase forgot she´s launching a new album

She should find a compromise.
I mean we only got 2 performances and both were in the US. That's not how you promote a lead single.

She hasn't promoted applause as much because shes obviously been too busy. She was finishing up ARTPOP and shes been working on the new music video for the next single ever since we voted for the next single on twitter. Shes most likely gonna save all the promo stops for her second single, she cant go on ellen for applause and then a month later return for manicure or they wont have anything new to discuss.

Coming off TFM, one of the most successful eras in recent memory with crazy hype for BTW, she performs on every damn TV show there ever was in existence to promote the song and the album, plasters her face on every surface around the world, etc. Over the top promo at a time when she didn't need it.

Coming off BTW + hip surgery + media blackout, she performs twice on TV, does (an amazing) interview for a rather niche magazine, relies on hamsters. Minimal promo at a time when she DOES need it.

It just doesn't make sense
