Let me repeat myself:
ATRL is not a public place, not a government, not a society, not a state.
It's the simple truth, and everyone must understand that. ATRL is privately owned entirely by Joe. When you visit ATRL, you are visiting Joe's house. He has trusted me with being the administrator, and in turn, I manage a team of moderators; together, we hold the sole discretion for
all decisions.
Basically, if we don't like what you're doing, we can throw you out of the house.
