Hmm, yeah this is just okay. I think if the first verse and bridge were both a bit better + the "I thank God everyday!" parts were replaced, it'd be a pretty slayful bop. The chorus is also really plain but for some reason I get a tiny bit of life from it.
MESS at every other post either liking it, hating it, or not being sure about it. This is such a polarizing song, it just has too much going on. But it is a bop, I'm just not sure how the GP will react to it
While I wish the production on this album so far was more flesh out and less demo like, and the lyrics leave a little to be desired, I kind of am loving it in a 'this is cheesy and so bad it's good' kind of way. I wish she would take the greatness of Lips Are Movin' and take out the doo-wop influence and give more songs like that. NO is still the best song from this project. I like this too though.
