Sam, they're not sales though because Samsung in this case is the distributor of the product.
It's like they're a Target or Best Buy. If a copy is unsold on the shelf, it's a shipment, but not a sale until a customer directly purchases it.
If Target let's say bought 1M copies of an album, and gave them away for free, they're still shipments, because no one paid the distributor (Target) for them
It's not that hard to understand.
