Is is because he wants Beyonce to be more successful than Rihanna? I feel like Rihanna doesn't want to release it on Tidal but signed Jay's stupid contract (before she knew Tidal would flop hard) which maybe also explains the behind the scenes drama and album's pushbacks.
Releasing it on Tidal equals simply LEAKING the album to be honest. Ain't no one gonna stream it there.
