I enjoy writing ballads the most, which I'm going to try deliver a killer ballad a la Stone Cold ( ) this season.
Ballads with a bit of a beat are my favourite
Songs like Walking On Air (Kerli) and Dancing On My Own are probably the closest to the sound I'm drawn to the most. I really want to write a typical "party" song but de-constructed since my lyrics are usually "depressing". Not sure yet, it's a work-in-progress

I don't think I could pull off something like that In my mind, I like my songs to sound like they're constantly in motion. I would struggle to write something like Stay. Good luck tho! Can't wait to see how it turns out.
