Lady Gaga because she has zero fear when it comes to making stuff that most likely will not appeal to every pop stan that expects more conformity with their "risk" rather than actual "**** you" risk within the realm of top 40.

Beyonce oozes elegance and quality both in her music and outside of it, however she never does anything thats actually risky. Nothing shes made musically is actually outside of the box, shes just such a professional that no matter how basic a song could be had it been by someone else, she pulls it off. She works with the right people at the right time and shes top notch. But she never risks her sound or her status. Gaga does, which is proven by some of the responses degrading her in this thread.

Countdown is more acclaimed than any Gaga song (except Poker Face) and it sold 1.1m+. That's pretty good.
