At least unlike the Hilary's and Ashlee's of the world she broke through in the music industry because people noticed she sings a hell of a lot better than the average person.
Anywayzzzzz:
Pros: Knows how to create pop masterpieces, great dancer (when she tries), (unlike most people say..) experiments with different styles and producers, never changes for anyone.
Cons:
Circus era. I would say "lazy" as well, but since we really don't know if she's even ALLOWED to put forth the 100% effort we used to see it's unfair to judge, although the stans for the performers who are overworked and will eventually have meltwdowns themselves will say otherwise, they don't know a damn thing.
