Janine is the Gym Leader of Fuchsia City in GSC/HGSS, taking over after her father, Koga, left to join the Elite Four. Perhaps the weakest Gym Leader ever, her pokémon are weaker than Clair's and this is at a point after you've already beaten the Champion. Janine has no real personality to speak of, her team is pathetic, her design is just a feminized Koga and she solely exists as a replacement character for her father, it's no real wonder she's in dead last. Even the series doesn't claim her as she never appeared in the anime and her manga role was minuscule, but the ultimate SHADE of it all: she made a cameo in FRLG in which the translators forgot that she existed, hought she was a new character and gave her a new name. Lord have mercy.
Y'all were not nice to Janine at all. PhreshDiamond and Abyssy both simply asked "Who?" and AMIT also agreed, saying "idk this bitch." Staryu "barely remembers ha" and HausofNiko thought she was "forgettable, I remember ha city better than ha." Hugamari closes us off, calling her "daughter of generic." Y'all didn't play.
