This is Top 30 on iTunes a week after its release to radio. It was in the 100s last week.
I could see it being the Song of the Spring/early-summer.

As you said though, Turn Me On got #1 on iTunes before its music video, which is very impressive, and which is why a lot of people thought it'd go #1 on the Hot 100. Only other post-album songs that did that were ones like Dark Horse, Love The Way You Lie, Set Fire To the Rain.
There's no way Hey Mama is going to do that (unfortunately), but it's definitely shaping out to be a big hit. Also it debuted on Bubbling Under today, so it'll be on the Hot 100 next week. Hopefully it gets top 50 on rhythmic next week too. This song is better than Turn Me On, so I hope it does better.
