1989 is better than anything Katy has ever put out. And I can't at some of them trying to compare Taylor's and Katy's song writing. Using the chorus of OOTW as a way of degrading Taylor's song writing is perhaps the worst example because
a) It's called a hook. Every pop song is meant to have one
b) You obviously haven't listened to the rest of 1989 if you think that is all the lyrical depth on the album
I wouldn't expect some of you to understand the lyrics and metaphors used on 1989. In fact,
Katy Katy's songwriters had to make up words like "Japanesy" for you to understand.
